Aside from being adapted hereditarily, chronic illnesses seldom seen from younger ones. Moreover, often than not, this illnesses could be seen starting at the age of 40's above. Nowadays, the most common chronic disease that create havoc to all elderly ones worldwide is diabetes. Diabetes has no right medicines that could directly cure completely the abnormality of sugar level of the victim. Furtheremore, whatever medicines found to be good for diabetic person are just to control the blood sugar level - a sort of a daily maintenace lifetime. I am a type 2 diabetic and from 245mg/dl, and I am experimenting (right now) how to shoot it down without taking any medicines. Do you have any health issues?

True I was diagnosed to be pre diabetic back then but so far still I am not yet given prescription medicines since I can still control my blood sugar from shooting up. I was given before medicines to put it down but then the effect of it was it went down too low that was also bad for me. So they just suggested to maintain my weight and choose my food intake. They remove me from the medication and so far many years has passed I am still free from any maintenance medicines. My blood sugar is still in the borderline every time I am checked for it.

wow..sounds very good...actually I became diabetic when I started to step up from my 40's. my doctor also said that it was still a chemical diabetic so he said he cant gave me any medicine because like yours it was not yet advisable. However, though my sugar spikes i never take any maintenance medicines. I just focus on lowering it by doing some exercises and lower my carbo intake and sweets.....thanks for responding.....

yeah thats true....there is no medicines yet that can directly cure diabetes...some medicines only to control the spikes that would create complications on your different internal organs and that would be the most critical situation.....anyways..diabetes could strike if we will not control ourselves on our diet..thanks
