What a Huge Sweet Potato!

I went to the butcher inside the supermarket this afternoon to buy pork steaks. There were not many people inside as I went there a few minutes after lunch.
I passed by the vegetable aisle and saw huge sweet potatoes. I stopped and got a piece of sweet potato as I have not eaten it for more than a year. I was thinking of slicing it into round pieces and frying them in the pan and eat them with coconut caramel sauce.
Do you eat sweet potatoes? How do you cook it?

Wow thats really big ! I have an easy tip for you. You can boil it and once you get it out of hot water cut it into pieces and add on margarine or butter and sugar just a little to taste and voila you alreay have a healthy snack or desert. Thats how we eat it here .

Yes, it is really big @iKONICNoona. I don´t like butter or margarine and sugar with my boiled sweet potato. I just eat it boiled and nothing else. Thank you and have a nice weekend.

I like sweet potatoes, generally I like to have them roasted. I cut them into small cubes and season them with whatever spices I feel like at the time. Then I just put them on an oven tray with some oil.
I have an airfryer, I should really try it with that.
