Why do people who are offended tend to feel that they are on the right side?

I am a frontal person when I speak, it is not uncommon for people to be offended by my words even though my words are true. And what confuses me is why they feel themselves right just because they are offended, even though offense and truth are 2 different things.

I would imagine they feel they are right. I think may get what you are saying. I think these days people lie so much how can they be offended? Hell, think confused myself there, but know people are not being honest and more about spreading a agenda than being real with themselves or anyone else. Yet, you are right they get really butt hurt when you call them out on them being fake.

Then how do you think about dealing with someone like that? Should I change the way I communicate with them?

@galihafif21 To be honest I do not even know, not sure you can, I mess with my boy all the time, maybe he can teach me something but he will not be rational. I have to say every time come on man we go back a long time do not let something so silly destroy our friendship. I still to do this day don't understand what this is all about and why they just want to fight. It just seems to me these people just want to fight.

@crossbones27 Maybe they just need to vent their anger.

Maybe I should start thinking about understanding other people better. Because not everyone thinks the same as me.

Maybe I can't prevent someone from being offended, but from now on I will at least pay attention to the way I talk to them.
