I consider myself pretty health conscious overall, but sometimes I think we all need to indulge a little bit and enjoy something that we cannot always have.
We went out to eat today for lunch and I am still feeling the effects of eating one of the biggest and greasiest burgers that I have ever had, and boy did it hit the spot.
I was not really feeling that well and my stomach was a little upset, and I am not sure why this is the case, but sometimes a big greasy meal seems to work to make it feel better. It certainly worked today, but I do feel a little tired from being so full.
Might be a light dinner, but I am still thinking about that burger.
The photo is from Unsplash, it is not the one I ate, but I figured it needed a good picture.

Giving into cravings is good for us and our bodies. As long as we don't do it all the time.

My doctor has told me to eat in moderation. I am doing my best to follow his orders to feel good.
