I consider myself pretty health conscious overall, but sometimes I think we all need to indulge a little bit and enjoy something that we cannot always have. We went out to eat today for lunch and I am still feeling the effects of eating one of the biggest and greasiest burgers that I have ever had, and boy did it hit the spot. I was not really feeling that well and my stomach was a little upset, and I am not sure why this is the case, but sometimes a big greasy meal seems to work to make it feel better. It certainly worked today, but I do feel a little tired from being so full. Might be a light dinner, but I am still thinking about that burger. The photo is from Unsplash, it is not the one I ate, but I figured it needed a good picture.

Giving into cravings is good for us and our bodies. As long as we don't do it all the time.

It's been a long time since I have a delicious greasy burger. I also try to eat healthy foods most of the time, but I do indulge once in a while.

Maybe you should skip dinner all together if you want to sleep well tonight,

My doctor has told me to eat in moderation. I am doing my best to follow his orders to feel good.

I agree everything in moderation and we all deserve a treat form time to time!
