What did you have for dinner last night?

A couple of evenings ago, I couldn't figure out what I wanted for dinner. I was only moderately hungry, and decided against take-out Japanese or Thai.
I finally decided on half of the frozen (Stouffer's, I think) spinach I had in the freezer. I baked it up in the oven, added a bit of extra sharp cheddar cheese, as it was baking, and finished up with a bit of crushed hot pepper and curry powder (I love Indian food) before dining.
It was perfect. I didn't feel "too stuffed to jump" (@FourWalls will get the reference), but I was full. I slept like a baby and didn't dream about food that night.
Have you had any interesting dinners recently?

Nothing exciting, no.
And I have no idea what you’re talking about......
This song's electric piano rides provide some of my most frequent (and, most loved) unbidden serenades from my "mind jukebox." I was playing hard rock on on...

Sounds kinda good.. I haven't really been eating much. But last night I made a pizza in my toaster oven and when I checked on it the top was done but the crust was still soft..not thinking about looking at the settings till afterwards, I seen it was set on toast..

I've been missing restaurant eating so the other night we got frozen appetizers from TGI Fridays and had a feast ( potato skins with cheese & bacon, honey bbq boneless wings) and we made our own cheeseburgers

@Marilynda1225 I'm eating "too much" frozen food these days, but not from my favorite restaurants.

Nothing interesting lately. I had homemade onion rings and chicken sandwiches last night. Fried, not grilled.

@TheHorse They were the best part and they aren't terribly hard to make. A little more effort and headache than the frozen ones (Which I also like a lot) but sometimes it's worth the extra effort.

@xander6464 I love onion rings. I even get them when I visit Burger King (about twice a year). Should I try some frozen ones first and then move on to home-made?

Finishing up the spiral sliced ham we bought. Had a ham and cheese sandwich on 12-grain bread.

I made a small pot of soup using tomatoes, potato and carrot from my own garden, and some frozen veggies, too. (Yes, I still have tomatoes, but they're not on the vine but in a bowl in my kitchen.)
