Good morning... No exercise day...

Happy Tuesday morning from this side of the world
It's a bright sunny morning with pleasant breeze and temperature at 14 degree Celsius in the morning. 
I woke up at 8 today after a good sleep of 6 hours. Husband is in weekend mode and I was awake till 2 in the morning watching a movie and mylotting. And we did catch up with few episodes of Cosby show on YouTube. I am feeling well rested 
Now skipping my exercise and cooking breakfast. My daughters had milk and cereals and we also will go with that or maybe toast and butter. Will make some quick lunch after work.
Today is last day at work
Vacation mode sets in
I am a mute supervisor to the exam from 10_1 and so not much at work front. As I stay there muted and with video off, I can peep in here to save me from falling asleep. It's quite boring to sit quietly that long.

Good afternoon. Hope you are having a good day. I did a bit elaborate pooja today. As I missed my exercise, I did some mantra jaapa.. A few for 108 times each. Feeling peaceful and it's benefit are similar to meditation.

@arunima25 You are right Mantra jaapa has got an effect of meditation. We do our omkar sadhana after pooja everyday. It requires about 35 minutes. It has got 21 omkars, 108 times Om Sri Sainathaya Namaha, 21 times Mahamantra - Sarva Mangala Mangalyhe and 21 times our Gurus mantra we call it Tarak mantra. Feels very relaxed and satisfied after this sadhana.

@msdivkar That looks like a good amount of jaapa. I am sure must be meditative and healing. I am sure that I will be more into such activities once I am retired and kids away. I will have luxury of time to do things that I enjoy.

@arunima25 We have this weather till the February, I haven't serious problem. I am feeling pain in my fingers of hand which we feels in low temperature.

It must be really cold there. And it is going to be this way till mid January. Stay warm. I am sorry about your pain. Hope you find some relief soon.
Yes, days get shorter. And as such we don't want to come out of warm bed in winters.

@Cheyee Picnic near river sounds good plan. We plan to go more for hiking and cycling.. No crowded places.
My earlier gardener was good with these experiments. He did make this hybrid.
