Niçoise salad is made!

That’s one of the things I’m serving at tomorrow’s brunch. I had to boil the baby potatoes, steam and shock the green beans, and boil and shock the hard boiled eggs. The rest is just assembly. Tomorrow I will sear the tuna steaks and make a lemon vinaigrette. Things are coming along nicely.
