Niece cooked rice at morning but it was not consume so I made a fried rice for lunch. I add slices of pork canton sausage, margarine, some spices and seasoning to taste, scrambled egg and then spread it with chopped spring onions. As you can see, there are different colors in the plate. Lunch made easy during Sunday afternoon for us.
How's your day?

@ZedSmart oh I can do that next time. I have green mangoes here. Wow, that is a great idea!!! thank you!
one fried rice is with just scrambled eggs and onion leeks. I seasoned it with garlic pepper powder and butter. The other one is with meat (any meat can do). I usually use hotdog, ham or ground pork with a bit of soy sauce and oyster sauce.

That sounds delicious and looks tempting. Enjoy it. I have some leftovers from last night for my vegetarian self. For my husband and daughters, I am making chicken curry and rice.

@ZedSmart I am a vegetarian by choice. I take eggs regularly. And sometimes fish on certain occasions.. Maybe once in a year or so.

I like fried rice. It's my favorite when I was a kid.

We woke up late this Sunday morning because my husband went out with his friends last night. And we had some company when they decided to hang out at our place around 1am. It's alright, they never get to spend time with each other because of work and this pandemic.
