Niece cooked rice at morning but it was not consume so I made a fried rice for lunch. I add slices of pork canton sausage, margarine, some spices and seasoning to taste, scrambled egg and then spread it with chopped spring onions. As you can see, there are different colors in the plate. Lunch made easy during Sunday afternoon for us. How's your day?

@ZedSmart oh I can do that next time. I have green mangoes here. Wow, that is a great idea!!! thank you! one fried rice is with just scrambled eggs and onion leeks. I seasoned it with garlic pepper powder and butter. The other one is with meat (any meat can do). I usually use hotdog, ham or ground pork with a bit of soy sauce and oyster sauce.

@rakski you're welcome. I hope you like it. Even the lettuce is a good garnishing just like the slices of green mangoes.

Two types and I'm curious of that. If I had the shrimp paste, I will add a little and slices of green mango but I don't have.

That sounds delicious and looks tempting. Enjoy it. I have some leftovers from last night for my vegetarian self. For my husband and daughters, I am making chicken curry and rice.

@ZedSmart I am a vegetarian by choice. I take eggs regularly. And sometimes fish on certain occasions.. Maybe once in a year or so.

Egg fried rice? I attended a wedding today, so I ate my lunch there. I cooked fried chicken with batter and tomyam for the ones at home.

I see. I'm sure the wedding has a nice reception. I add some scrambled egg but it has a pork canton sausage. Those red bits you see.

Yes, it's delicious but kind of heavy in the tummy when you eat plenty.

We woke up late this Sunday morning because my husband went out with his friends last night. And we had some company when they decided to hang out at our place around 1am. It's alright, they never get to spend time with each other because of work and this pandemic.

That's what I have eaten. The remaining is on the pan. It's enough for me. A cup or even a little more than that.

I thought the red color was tomatoes/ bell peppers, apparently it's sausage. Quick but delicious. Fried rice is one of my menu when I am too lazy to cook.
