I don’t know my parents use to pay from time to time to clean the house and I didn’t really spend money much as a kid. I did start referring soccer at the age of 12 and there helped me earn a lot of money really quickly did all the way till I was 20 years old.

@Jamie610 I probably spend it on candy or a toy I wanted. Ones I paid for half of a camera that I wanted and my parents paid the other half.

I must have been 19 years of age when I earned money delivering telephone books using my late mother's auto.

I would have to say I was 18, when I received my first paycheck. My parents never did the allowance thing. If I needed money for school, I just asked my parents. I did my hare of fundraisers growing up. School trips, girl scouts. I didn't keep any of it. So I wouldn't say I earned anything during those times.

Trying to remember...my grandma used to pay me to pick up these prickly seeds that dropped from her tree. We got something like a nickel a seed. Later, it became a dollar a bag. As I got older, grandma would pay me $20 to mow her front and back yard.
