The whole surrounding is dead today / myLot

Last night, it was very noisy here, but now, everything is back to normal. The whole surrounding is dead again. I like it. On January 3, people will be back to work. Another year to deal with life. We are all wondering what is life like during this year. What do you think?

I'm going back to work on the 6th. It usually is a long new year holiday for us. Before this, it's for the parents to make preparation for the first day of school. This year, no idea.

Hi there,Simone.

when I go out today ,the streets were all empty and almost all stores are closed. It was something so unusual for me during this season. Things are different now. But we have to move and go with the flow. It'll not going to be a smooth ride for all of us but we will get through it,like we did in 2020. Keep your spirit high. All will be well.

Wish you a great new year ahead. I have a couple of plans for this year but not too many expectations. I just hope that I will keep my rationality and aim to work on my plans. We had quiet and low key celebrations at home, although there are people who frequented Hill stations and tourist places. Each has their own way.

Happy new year to you and your family. This is the way it is every time. It is a working day here today. Third is Sunday so those who have got holiday today may return back to work on fourth.
