When I was a little girl I thought that 40 is an old age. And now when I have crossed it, I feel I am still too young

@Giannna Yes. Now I few 60 must be old. Let's see how I feel when I reach there. I have still a lot to accomplish. I wanted to accomplish a lot till 40 as I thought I will have no energy post that. But now I am not even halfway through and I have just begun with few journeys.

40 is quite still young, you will still feel strong up to your 50s. Just keep distance from toxic people that will stress you up. Take time being alone to ponder and reminisce, to be productive in your thinking. Be observant in having each second of your time to be used with fulfillment each day. Always be happy, that is the secret of strong mind and body. Eat healthy for long life and so start with these because life begins at 40 as they say.

I wouldn't mind being 40 again, but I am a lot older than that! Enjoy it while it lasts!

I wouldn't know what 40 is like, I've been celebrating my 29th birthday for the past 20 years!
You look very young for 40! And very beautiful!

@Giannna That's not true! I think you would look just as beautiful without the mask.

@Giannna Who is passed 40? You? I can't believe... You sound like a girl to me!
The most important thing is how you feel, years after 40 don't count anymore

Well I am passed my 40’s and will be on the big 50 this year in October. I am not looking forward to it because the older you get the more things health wise go wrong.
