I cannot keep still inside the house today. So I move around the vicinity and I saw this lovely plant that makes me curious about it. I tried to search for some information, but I cannot find the exact name of it. Have you ever seen this kind of plant? Would you mind helping me out?

@Shavkat That type of plant looks similar to a cabbage plant.

I am still thinking that the plant is a variant of echeveria.

I've seen them here too but would have to ask a friend the name as I don't remember. I have an app on my phone where I can take a pic of plants to learn about them.

I also used my mobile phone with this feature. But it showed echeveria.

@Shavkat it's a succulent and may be a hen in what's called hens and chicks which I discussed some months back when I was given some free plants.

That's nice. The snow is starting to melt there. Speaking of this plant, I found out that it has another name called 'Mexcian snowball.'

I do not know if I am right with the name. It always comes to a name called echeveria.

It resembles a hen without chicks, to me. (The common name is Hen and Chicks here.) That one looks very nice and I'm wondering why it hasn't sprouted any babies yet.

It does look like echeveria. But then, there are some pointed edges. So I cannot determine if it is the same type.

@DaddyEvil I had checked it. I think it looks like Sempervivum calcaratum.

@Shavkat Yes, the scalloped edges made me wonder if it is something else, too. I looked... the two plants aren't the same thing. Check this link out.

I do love plants, but I am too busy to have them. Perhaps I can be a certified plant lover in the future.
