Glad to have lost weight...

For the longest time, I weighed 146 lbs. Now I was happy to have lost 14 lbs. I am now at 132 lbs. I did not follow any diet or meal plan neither did I go on any exercise program. I just lessened my intake of carb-rich foods and it seemed to have worked.
I am still working on my weight as my goal is to be from 120-125 as that is the ideal weight for my height, age, and gender. I'm still a few pounds over my goal but optimistic that I can achieve it.

Thankfully, I reached my goal. I’m now a 128 lbs for many months already.

Are you referring to bread, rice and pasta? How many times do you eat in a day?

Yes. 6 to even 8 times a day, all small meals. I don’t eat “big” meals now much more over eat so I get hungry easily and eat often. I also don’t feel heavy and bloated this way. I am now at 128 lbs and plan on staying on this weight for a long time hehe - hopefully.

@merrybelle2021 Thanks! If I woke up early I eat breakfast, if not its brunch or lunch. I eat midnight snacks if I'm still awake by that time and feel hungry.
