It's not that I don't want to comment but

Some discussions I just like without commenting. That's because * I really don't know how to respond * I try to respond but got snarky reply back In the end, I read, like the discussion and move on.

It is normal, I do the same, many times there is not a lot to say.

@Aquitaine24 Several times you get a discussion with 2 lines and very little content... what to say?

@LadyDuck Yes. I have seen that. Sometimes it makes you want to ask questions, however.

Yes, I agree with you totally. And why should we comment if we don't want to! I'd rather not say anything if I don't have something positive to say.

Not all discussions are comment worthy and some are just better skipped. Like the old saying goes if you can't say anything nice, better to say nothing.

That is very true indeed. I do skip some discussions like political and religion. I don't want to comment on something like that as it's not even in my place to comment so much.

I avoid to comments in discussion of certain posters. Not that I hate that person though. I don't know what to say without making him or her angry. Maybe they're not angry, just their usual response. Still... Yes, just do whatever we're comfortable with

@VivaLaDani13 true. Text don't carry emotion like how we intend it to. We don't even know whether the person is angry or not.

@prinzcy I actually know what you mean. I don't hate anyone here either but some I feel nervous to talk to as their comments in the past seem a bit....harsh, strict, or too much. So I get what you mean. And sometimes it's hard to judge what the tone is behind text / comments that aren't verbally said to us.

@prinzcy Nope. It sure isn't. The thing here is anyone can conduct their 'business' here as they wish. But of course, since the interaction is what delivers the most pennies, if one wants the pennies they have to interact. It's a conundrum. lol

I do not always comment on discussions I have read because I sometimes do not have an opinion on the subject being discussed. However I normally leave a `like ' so that the person knows that the post has been read.
