Good morning Sunday from this side of the planet It's 7:30 AM. I got up at 7 in the morning after a good 8 hours sleep. And I am feeling fresh and crisp
I can't see any sun so far on this Sunday. Seems like it's going to be a cloudy and cold day after two warm days with sunshine.
Nothing much planned for the day other than the regular Sunday. Relax and get ready for the coming week. So I will do some preparation in kitchen later to help me throughout the rush of working week. Need to make some purchases online and most of them are related to my gardening stuff.
House is quiet as everyone is in sleep. I will just go for my morning yoga.
Here is the image of beautiful rangoli that our neighbours put on 14 January on the occasion of Makar Sankranti,a harvest festival. Her 13 year old daughter and 10 years old son did a wonderful job. They have made sugarcane and milk boiling in pots...that is so apt for the occasion that celebrates fresh produce and is a day to show gratitude to Nature and to cattles for yielding us with dairy products. It's a good way to show prosperity

@Nakitakona Oh! I see. We had that for two weeks at the beginning of the month till the 14th. Now for the last few days, we are getting a clear sky and bright sun.

Actually they make a fresh rangoli every day but those are simple and quick. For special days they make a more colorful and vibrant ones. They were so engrossed while making it.

@arunima25 My son just drew and colored a geometry drawing. He said it looks like those beautiful Rangoli. Perhaps it's time for us to learn how to make Rangoli.

That looks so colorful and vibrant. I was impressed by the detailing there..the designs on pots.
I am so lazy today. I have still not switched on my laptop to do the purchasing.I hope to do it before bedtime.

For any celebration,we can vibrant rangolis. Also,in South India it's a daily ritual in most households to start their day with a simple rangoli at the main entrance. These ladies of house are quick with making designs every morning. It's to invite good vibes and luck.

I wake up at 5-5:30 on weekdays. On weekends even if I am awake I just like to be in bed for a while
