Unconventional ( Sloppy, lol) Omelette

I just scramble eggs, add whatever meat, veggies, etc that I have left in the fridge and I add Hemp seed ( medical reasons for me). Fry it up like scrambled eggs, top it with sprinkle cheese as I call it ( shredded cheese). Ready to eat! Taste just as good as a fancy looking omelette just not as much work, lol Hey we chew it up anyway!

It all comes down to getting the eggs properly beaten - with a dash of milk - the pan (non-stick) at the right temperature, and being patient!

@shaggin I had 3 full pregnancies and couldn't even stand to look at an egg and for a year after too! So, I understand completely. Why for the year after?

@dfollin I love omelettes but Im unable to eat dairy during this pregnancy and an omelet just isn’t the same without cheese

@dfollin I agree omelettes do not have to be fancy as long as they taste good.

Scrambled eggs are easy to handle. I too am sloppy with the omelet.

That works for me. I never understood taking all that time on the presentation. My stomach doesn’t have eyeballs!
