It's healthy to grieve for those lost. There's no set schedule you have to follow. As long as you keep going and keep living. That's what those who left you behind would want. There's help outthere and people you can talk to, if you need a shoulder.

What's the cause of their untimely passing? That surely puts you to misery. It's not easy, sorry for your loss on them. Life is brutal sometimes.
