For Sunday’s lunch, I’d be having some fried plantains. Just having light food today since I don’t have the appetite and I’d do some workouts after an hour. Then before dinner time, I’d submit the assignment to my e-commerce coach.
Got any plans today?

I wasn't fond of it, too. But I've learned to love it eventually

Really? Is there a health benefit that comes with it?

Yes, it's delicious. But it will be tastier if sugar will be added to it. Good luck with the indoor project!

My mom usually make fried banana combine with chocolate, it's delicious. I attended online class on 8 AM then this evening I'll attend meeting online with my friends.

@freelancermariagrace Oh they're fine. It's the pregnancy preventive meds. No injection available for now so I'll take the next best thing.

No plans for today after the Sunday service. Did you put sugar on your fried banana?

It's tastier if you'd add sugar or caramel syrup

It's easy. All you have to do is fry it. Some people add sugar and other things to make it tastier

Fried Banana sounds interesting, but we do not have such a thing normally.
Is it something you make frequently?

We have a wonderful little family-owned Cuban restaurant near my house, and they have the most wonderful fried plantains. I always make sure to get some whenever I eat there.

@freelancermariagrace Plantains are a little different from bananas, but often is used interchangeably. So "fried bananas" and "fried plantains" can really mean the same thing.
