For Sunday’s lunch, I’d be having some fried plantains. Just having light food today since I don’t have the appetite and I’d do some workouts after an hour. Then before dinner time, I’d submit the assignment to my e-commerce coach. Got any plans today?

Grilled plantains are good too. Some people I know eat uncooked ripe plantains at morning and that only be their breakfast.

Yes, it's delicious. But it will be tastier if sugar will be added to it. Good luck with the indoor project!

The plan was to get some items and meds for my cats. I completed them, almost all at least. I need to roam the shopping platform for some other items.

We have a wonderful little family-owned Cuban restaurant near my house, and they have the most wonderful fried plantains. I always make sure to get some whenever I eat there.

@freelancermariagrace Plantains are a little different from bananas, but often is used interchangeably. So "fried bananas" and "fried plantains" can really mean the same thing.

I think that's the right term "plantain"
