The thing is she messaged us from the labor room

She gave birth to a healthy baby boy, weight 3.5kg. I congratulated her and told her we'll have a video call next time. Can't have a video call in the labor room, can I?

She informed us last night that she's going to be induced on Thursday. It's her fifth child. She already has three boys and one girl. This baby is also a boy....

Well you could have a video call while someone is in labor. Not hard to do. I watched tv and held a conversation till well I had contractions on top of each other and hated the sound of people talking. I told them to shut up but then again I was forcing my body into labor.
