Everyone has their own type and preferences, you cannot dictate to a person what she or he has to wear, how she or he behaves, who he or she has to love. Each one of us has its own liking, we wear what we want, behave like how we used to and society is out of it. Are you trapped in the way society shaped gender roles? Or, are you trapped with the fear, judgment, and criticisms of society? Let your real self come out and do not let society be a hindrance to it.
