Those look tempting! I should try something like that one day. We had chicken with 'spring' vegetables (new potatoes, green beans, broad beans, peas and cabbage) in a creamy sauce. It was really tasty!

@CarolDM Thanks, it was a new recipe I tried. I like to try new things but also of course I have to try and find things the girls will like. Luckily this was a hit. Both girls were shovelling in mouthfulls of beans and cabbage - I couldn't believe it as normally they won't touch cabbage and are rather fussy about beans. I didn't remark on it though in case that put them off!

@CarolDM I love salmon, but it is so very filling. I baked a sour cream fruit coffee cake today and couldn't even manage a slice for dessert, my hubby had a piece but I was just too full.
