French Minister Visits Surat City- Gives Aid in Development Projects!!

Hi guys,
Hope you all are doing good. I am doing good too. I do workout regularly in the morning, start by taking a walk and then do other exercises. While taking a walk, I listen to Radio.
On radio, I heard of this amazing news so thought of sharing with you guys here. The French Transition Minister named Barbara Pompilli visited my city Surat before few days for administering the "Urban Solutions Project" for "Smart City Mission Programme" undertaken by government of India.
The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) is signed between French Ministry and India wherein the French has pledged to give 250 million pounds to India for inaugration of Surat Metro Rail Project.
I am so proud to hear about this news. Surat city where I stay is one of the fastest growing cities of the world.

Gujarat is already on a fast pace of growth and development. A good visionary CM brought a lot of transformation more than a decade back

@Rashnag I have all plans to visit Gujarat in coming time soon. Statue of unity was on our travel list for Dec 2020. But this pandemic hit it.
It's not only Surat, the entire Gujarat has been a good role model for progress.
