I woke up this morning at 8:00 because I have an online class. But before that I had a horrible nightmare. I had this dream that I saw a monster in my room and then somehow my room caught fire. The scary part is I came out of the room without realizing that my dog was in there, too. A few moments later, outside the room I saw my dog come out of my room with a flaming melt of his head. I swear it was horrible. I hugged him and cried. But then I woke up and I went straight to where my dog was. I was so relieved when I found him sleeping soundly in front of my room.

Nightmares can be scarry. At least that's all it was.

I have had strange nightmares related to either my former job with a pizza company or making a bad business deal which scare me until I wake up and find out that it was just my subconscious thinking about events of the day.

I often have dreams like this that feel so real. After having a bad dream, I can feel very upset all day.

Are you being stressed, anxious, or tired so you have a nightmare?

You certainly love your dog. In your dream did your dog come out alive with the fire on his head?
