Tracking my parcel

First sister send me a parcel. Apparently it's on hold at a hub. Sound like she's sending me something illegal. Well, it's not. So I've tried to contact the hub, but no one pick up my call. Then I tried those toll free number, got disconnected halfway. I tried another number, same as well. Then I used live chat and got robot answering me. Truly not helpful at all. I tried again and again until lunch time, then I got a human answering me! I felt like cheering loudly! She's talking with loud music on the background. She told me she can't help me as she didn't work in the warehouse. She also didn't know how to contact the warehouse. Lots of BS there. She only told me the warehouse will contact the sender. Worst customer service for a reputable courier service Guess they only good at delivering items. I told First sister about it. She said she'll send another one. I'll keep this one until she got back.

I hope it got here soon. First sister told me it's an audio book last night. My aunt bought it so she's sending it to me. I'll send to my aunt.

@prinzcy Uh huh... I didn't think a friend was sending me illegal stuff in the mail once, too... Guess what? After it arrived I called him very quickly to come and get it. I didn't want it in my house! It's okay... as long as you share it we won't tell anyone.

I hate these robot answering chats especially when I need a quick response and am not in mood to type it or press keys.A human assistance is best. Sorry about your bad and annoying times.
