Working out is a cure for insomnia loll!
Lately, it has been difficult for me to sleep at nights! I could be up for 4/5 am uggj was so annoying. But I have been doing working out and It somehow helps me lol. Please give it a try it guyss xoxo :)

Not for me I used to feel tired and unmotivated if I only get to sleep for 3/4 hours. Insomnia was really annoying struggled alot but It's been good now. Anyway thank you for ur respond.

@siscarmatha I think you should try relaxing and avoid much anxiety cause it causes lack of sleep by draining your mind.
