How to improve my English

I'm trying to improve my English and considering to study for TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language). I think being in MyLot have already help me to improve my writing skill.
Can you recommend me free app or website to learn? Or maybe you can give me some tips and advice :)

@keiziee start with even the learner books with simple English as you go higher even try stories such as Matilda very interesting and informative!

@keiziee Practice makes perfect. You can try by or improving by making it a routine start conversing in English, write or send text messages in English and also you can listen to music in the English and also movies composed in English this will definitely help you.

I use duolingo for other languages, but I supose it can help for english too. But for me what mostly help was watching movies and shows. You can add english subtitle and it can help you learn words and how are they written. Also everytime you see a new word translate it or even write it somewhere so you can get back to it and remember it.
