Not Enough.

One hour is not enough to get all the exercises done. The exercise list keeps getting longer. I would want to have a full body work out/exercise but it will definitely take me longer. So I am trying to schedule now the exercises I will do per day. Any suggestions or ideas?

It is usually suggested to concentrate on different body parts for exercise and alternate from day to day,

Most experts recommend splitting up the exercises into multiable sessions over the course of the week. Focus on a different body part each time and continue to switch it up from week to week so that your body doesn't get bored and platou.

Walking could be the major portion of the time one spends on exercising.

@rakski It is said the legs have our second heart and therefore walking is what is recommended. If you steps in your house you can use them too

Do not do all the exercise the same day. Divide the exercise on different days. The upper body one day, the legs another day. Do not overdo 20 minutes a day is enough.

Oh yes, I have to do that starting tomorrow. I listed the exercises. But I still do some cardio workout before the specific or target exercise. I do not do more than an hour. That is with enough rest in between

@rakski The important is more than 15 minutes, the body needs some minutes before the exercise works.

Pretty and I. 1997 Photo is mine.
If you're doing full body workouts, you should schedule upper body for alternate days and lower body exercises on the days you aren't doing upper body ones. When I was a body builder, I did arm, chest and stomach exercises one day and then leg exercises the next day. I repeated the pattern until Sunday, which was my 'rest' day, then started the schedule again on Monday. It usually took me an hour and a half per day to work out. Here is a photo of my daughter and I in 1997.

Pretty, Stirlene and I. 1994 Photo is mine.
@rakski Yes, it was taken years and years ago. Pretty was 9. She is now 32 years old. I don't have many photos of me from back then... Let me look again and see what else I have on this pc. Here is another one. It isn't real clear, either. If you want, I can look again for another one.

It's good to rotate exercises. I walk every day, but do Zumba, stretching, and flexibility exercises on alternate days. and some weight training and cycling.

Don’t overdo your exercise. I don’t exercise every day.

I do not overdo it. It is not like the feeling when you hit the gym for the first day that your whole body aches. lol One hour only for me with rest in between.

I admire you and those doing and have time in exercise. My daily exercise is my daily routine, cleaning the house, cooking and laundry. Going up and down the stairs.
