Ebay and half.com would probably be the best place to check.

I agree with many of the people who have already responded, eBay is a great place to get cheap CDs and DVDs but remember to check the sellers feedback. I bought a DVD for my brother from an eDay seller who claimed it was legit. He was shut down before i recieved my DVD but when it did come it was an obvious pirate copy. I would suggest using a seller with anything over 20 feedbacks unless they sell other things besides DVDs and CDs.

There are several sites which have cheap CD's and they include cd-wow; eBay and Amazon to name just a few. You should however check first to make sure that they are not pirated, particularly if you are importing them from overseas, as they might end up being confiscated before they even reach you.

You can always look to see what amazon.com has to offer. I like ordering books from them, I can get books for a decent price.

I don't know where to find cheap ones. But, it is definately cheaper to download movies and music. And, you can pick what you want. I used to download music even when I used dial-up. You need broadband for movies, though.

You can buy here in the PHilippines, they are very cheap and everywhere, but the government is aginst it and we are also becase its piracy.

Why don't you get a cd burner instead.You would spend some money but you would save at the end.They are very cheap now.You can get one for $60 or even less on ebay.Than instead of buying cds or dvds.You could just download the music and burn them.Thats what i do now its been 2 years.I save alot of money without buying cds..And i also make alot fo mixed cds with various artists.
