Sleeping late has become a common thing for me, or maybe for you too?
Unfortunately this is very bad for mental health and body immunity. As a result of sleeping late I had frequent headaches and fatigue throughout the day.
Do you stay up late too often? If not, Can you share some tips for sleeping on time?

@itsangel I have had same problem like you when I sleep late I experience headaches and fatigue. Laziness, I prefer you try and stick to your sleep routine. Organize yourself well and time management is key so that you don't consume your part of your sleeping time trying to finish something

Re: #1 Right side "opens up the heart" ... what does that mean? I've heard/read that you sleep on your LEFT side for the flow (mostly the 'flow' of GASSES ... maybe the liquids) in your digestion, especially if you've got Acid Reflux. https://well.blogs.nytimes.com/2010/10/25/the-benefits-of-left-side-sleeping/#:~:text=Studies%20show%20that%20sleeping%20on%20your%20left%20side,esophagus%20above%20%20the%20level%20of%20gastric%20acid.

I was supposed to go to sleep at 00:30 last night but woke with a start at 1 because I couldn't remember if I set my alarm or not and then I didn't get back to sleep until 3am .
