I am Indonesian girl, but I really like Chicken Biryani, or something like that, I happen to have a friend who comes from a Pakistani country lives in Indonesia, he sometimes sends me food such as Chicken Biryani and Kabuli, he also teaches me how how to cook the food until finally I can do it. This is a picture of Kabuli that I made myself.
Are you a biryani or kabuli chicken lover? if me, i love both.
Have you ever cooked dishes from other countries? if yes from which country and what is the name of the dish?

Korean foods are popular nowadays in our country. One of those is the Samgyeopsal which is a favorite of some Filipinos especially those who loves to watch Korean Telenovela. Samgyeopsal lets you eat the food hot right from the griller using chopsticks as you mix it with the Korean spices covered by the green leafy lettuce.

@Bubba90 I love lasagna too. The simplest way is if you know Spaghetti sauce just layer it with lots of cheese, cheddar, parmesan and mozarella and your done sprinkle with thyme. Put in microwave but cook first the noodle until al dente.

That is great your friend taught you how to cook different meals from different countries.
My Dad's grand mom came from Germany and taught my grand mom how to cook German recipes. She tried to teach me apple strudel, I never was able to master it like them. I also tried making schnitzel which was okay but not as good as theirs.

Its really nice, You get new experiences, how interesting it is, and I'm sure you can be greater than them if you practice often and get lots of references from many people.
So how does apple strudel and schnitzel taste? I'm sure it tastes delicious

I love chicken but I have not tried chicken biryani, yet. Yes, I have cooked dishes from other countries besides the Filipino and German dishes. My kitchen is international as I cook not only Filipino and German dishes but also Italian and Chinese food.

@Butterfingers Sounds really interesting, so I can put cheese in my Biryani even though I put the chicken in?
