Today I'm going to change things up a little bit. I've told you what I'm thankful for and for the most part, it doesn't change. I want to know one thing you are thankful for and I will tell you one thing I'm thankful for in the comments. It's simple. Instead of responding with 'That's great' 'I'm glad you had a good day', and other scenarios. I want one thing you are most thankful for today. If you want to give me more than one thing, awesome!
Let me rejoice with you and what you're thankful for today. I look forward to reading about what made you happy and thankful today.

I am thankful I am not homeless and that I have a nice place to live and a boyfriend who loves me.
A friend of mine is homeless due to her husband leaving. I have been watching her live Facebook videos. It's heartbreaking hearing her talk about what she is going through. I feel so sorry for her.

I'm glad you're not homeless and have a boyfriend who loves you.
I'm sorry about your friend and hope her circumstances change soon and she finds a home and stable living conditions.
I'm thankful the puzzle I'm working on is coming along well and should be finished this weekend.

@AngelisaQT It's a jigsaw puzzle with the lighthouses of Door County on it. I'm almost finished and will take a picture when I'm done.

@wolfgirl569 I hope so too. We're getting a mix of mess today. Rain/snow mix for us, snow further north. As I look out at predawn, it doesn't look good out there.

I had been to temple today to celebrate a special day of one of the saints. I am thankful to God for that. I got up with a sore throat early in the morning today. These days getting a sore throat is a bit concerning but I felt okay with some salt gargle. I am thankful to God for that also.

I've been thankful this week for the appearance of the sun (3 days in a row). Now it's a rainy weekend but I'm thankful the rain is melting the snow

@just4him its funny but this year i enjoyed the peacefulness of the snow. Maybe because I haven't been out much and didn't find it a pain. I'm sure you're going to be a bit sad when winter ends and no more snow

You made me look. Our temps have been warm too. The snow is almost melted. It rained today. Further north they're getting 5 inches of snow. You know where I want to be.

I'm thankful that I got treated to a nice dinner at Outback Steakhouse by my kids. And even more thankful that they actually like to hang out with their crazy old dad!

Today I'm thankful for my brother' help in getting my tax questions resolved. Preparing taxes is very stressful to me so it's one less thing to worry about. I also enjoyed our conversation afterwards. Connecting with family is definitely important to me as I get older and older.

I'm thankful for the ever presence of the Holy Spirit, within my heart and life. His guidance never failed, his love covers the multitude of sin, his presence brings comfort, his conviction causes me to repent, his tender mercies are fresh/new, every morning! Without this 'best friend' that lives inside of me, life would lose its entire meaning. And he is healing my family.
