My Goldbelly Order Arrived

I have been craving peanut butter cookies. So you would think i would just bake some. Nope, I ordered some from Texas.
So they were due last week but of course all hell broke loose in Texas . I got a notice that my order would be delayed. It arrived yesterday.
It was worth waiting for, they are very good and huge. I enjoyed one with a cup of tea and I will again tonight.
It this fun being able to order sweets from all over the country.

I like making quick 3 ingredient, gluten-free peanut butter cookies at home. Super easy and so delicious!

It's great to get everything delivered, but it is rather a long wait when you fancy a cookie with your cup of tea - your drink will go cold before they arrive even if you pay for super-fast delivery!!
Of course that has made me fancy some now; may have to make some tomorrow.

It isn't very sweet and the pastry is light and airy with nuts and fruit in it @BelleStarr

@BelleStarr oooh I have to look into this. Years ago, my daughter and husband had a pastrami in New York that she kept talking about. He ordered some to ship out there and came in dry ice. Cost him a lot but boy was she excited. When I was in Philadelphia for work, I found a tiny mom and pop pizza place that had the best pizza and chocolate cake ever. I have to find out if they survived.
