i get it every single month. Even if i bite my cheeks or not. They are so annoying, i cannot enjoying eating when i have them.

Good thing the moth sore i have right now is just tiny, but i am only using the left side of my mouth since it hurts a bit.

any solutions?

This is how I heal myself if I happen to get canker sore, ( this has worked for me but it's always wise to seek medical advice or do it at your own risk) I take vitamin C because it might be an indication of lowered body resistance. I powder " tawas" or potatassium alum and put it directly on top of the sore. If tawas is not available I mortar powder sea rock salt ( not iodized) and the same apply it directly to the sore but take note that this is very painful and might be unbearable for some.

@lady1993 Is there something the doctor can prescribe for you or get at the pharmacy when that happens in order to get rid of it put something on it. I have a cream for the outside of my mouth and for the inside I have something called oracort. It is not a cream. It is more like a gel type. You put it on the spot and it will go away. Those are just suggestions.

She gave me "dactarin" before and that worked. But now it doesn't.

I guess i have to find another cure, good thing it doesn't last long though.
