Aww. you still have sweet tooth Miss Marilyn:) I like the almond that's why. Some chocolate brands are very sweet.

Uhm... every day is a cheat day.

Actually, I am not supposed to drink soda or juice, so I've been very careful not to drink them. Plain water doesn't taste very good, but I've been forcing myself to drink it. *sigh*

yes this is ny point. what is healthy or good for us does not taste good. Cranberry for example, healthy but you need to.force yourself to drink it unlike Coke. It feels good when we drink it.

Seeing M&M for .79 a package, . I'm not and didn't pass it by.

I'll go to Foodland Supermarket, 1.99 a slice of custard pie, a big no passing it.

Lately I only have cheat meals. Like once in a few days. Not much. Just something that I want to eat like instant noodles. Today I have fries and noodles.

I don't have cheat days. I still have a lot of chocolates here from Christmas. I only eat sweets when I am craving for it but that is seldom to happen.
