Not happy about the last news I heard today.

It seems that in some states of the US everything will be opened from now on and the wearing of a mask or of taking a social distance will not be needed.
I suppose that this could be a way of saying that everyone is free to do what he wants. But freedom and responsibility are two different things.
What do you think about this, friends? Are you wearing the mask?
I´ll put the lights out now. See you tomorrow

Depends on the COVID cases in those states. You can still wear your mask. I wear mine. The cases are declining in Texas and Mississippi. They have to open eventually. In the meantime, illegals immigrants are crossing the border with COVID. What about that?

Over here they are still making us wear masks even with the vaccine and provinces have police controls still so you cannot go out of there unless its for work.
We have to wear a mask and put that stuff on our hands everytime we go into a different shop otherwise they have the right to make you leave.

I wholly agree. There are irresponsible people and they should be at least fined.

You are absolutely correct to air this grievance. I heard the news also and thought those officials the dumbest in the world!

Sweet dreams to you. Personally, I am going to keep my distance and always have a mask with me for any situation, Our streets here are quite empty so I can walk without a mask but I do always have one with me,

I have not heard of this. But cities can't stay in lockdown forever. Lives have to get back to normal.

Vaccines will not be enough if people don´t help with other means.

@marguicha I agree, even we can get vaccines, we still need to careful and wear masks, not only for other people but also for ourselves.

Here in India it is just the opposite. Even after the vaccine dose we have to follow protocol

Hopefully most people there will still be careful. I feel it is a political stunt on the part of those states. Too much of that crap here anymore.

It is a pity that those measures are taken well by the population.

I don't' agree with this at all. It's too soon and I certainly will still follow all the previous guidelines. No way I'm going to a crowded restaurant, movie theater, or grocery store. I'll continue to wear my mask and keep myself safe.

I always refuse to open my mask, even if the lockdown is stopped this can be bad for everyone, I prefer to stay at home and avoid various viruses that might roam the streets, keep your distance and never open your mask, travel less and visit places. general
