Forgive Me, I Have a Bad Headache

@DianneN Glad it has eased some today. Do you normally get headaches that last like this?

@Tina30219 These are becoming more frequent. They started a couple of years ago in Florida. This is the second one since we returned in May.

@LadyDuck No, it is a migraine. My second of the year. Tylenol is working today.

@DianneN The tiniest of tiny improvements today, barely noticeable, but I'll take a victory any way I can get it. I think if I can finally get a good 6-7 hours of uninterrupted sleep, I may be able to turn the corner on these bad aches and chills.

@DianneN good idea on the breaks. When I get the sinus headaches I take something for them too but they've not been as bad in recent years and never as bad as the migraines were.

Thanks and it may be a migraine. I really don't know the difference. Sorry you get sinus headaches. I know others who get them and heard they are brutal. Today I feel a bit better. I can feel the headache slightly behind my forehead, so am trying not to overdo the computer by taking lots of breaks.

It turned out to be a nasty migraine which is just about gone today. You don’t have to catch up on my posts. That’s so kind, but not necessarily. Go have fun with your other friends.

@just4him Yes. I agree and still have a touch of it today, but feel much better than the last couple of days. I may need Botox for it and in my crows feet.
