I'm sitting on the campus at the moment looking for an internet signal, thinking about what discussions I can have at this time to entertain my friends at mylot.
I have two purple pens in my hands, why do you think purple is represented as the color of "widow"? is this term the same for you? or is this just a term for the people around me?
Note: widow is a term for a woman who is divorced by her husband / is left behind / does not have a husband anymore

i used to think like color had no meaning at all. they are just a color. But purple as a widow i think it's just a term of people.
I had read that purple was the color which adorns the crowns of the highest men such as kings

I always heard that purple represented "royalty"... I never heard of it representing a "widow"...

I like the way your mind wanders for ideas just because you want to provide mylotters entertainment.
The color purple symbolizes many things such as grandeur and wisdom. Most interesting is, the color stands also for mystery.

Here where I live, purple represents royalty. I think black might represent a widow.
