We slept extremely late!! I woke up after 1 pm. today and was amazed that I slept that long and hard. I got up and put coffee on thinking, "thinking wow, we didn't drink much coffee yesterday." The pot was almost full. It didn't dawn on me that the hubster got up and made coffee and came back to bed. And yes, that is exactly what happened. He work up at 4 am and came back to bed around 8:30.
It has been a laid back afternoon here. We watched some television, a movie or two, Hope Calls, and then I just left the tv on for background noise. I pulled out some craft items that needed staining and got that done, or at least the first coat. After that I decided to work on a wreath and pulled all that out. I have several cross frames and wanted to work on that one, but didn't have enough mesh gauze to really get started. I was also unsure of what color or colors I wanted to do it in. Suggestions accepted!! Comment below!
Then I checked all the supplies and matched up supplies to do a large round wreath, a 4th of July wreath, a summer wreath and also an Easter wreath other than the Cross. And of course I needed something else for each one. So I will make a list and run into Dollar Tree whenever I'm close to one next week or the week after.
The photo is of another tray I finished last week for home deco.

I've just been laying on the couch for the past week trying to beat this Covid, so I really haven't noticed the time change. The whole concept of time goes right out the window when you're sick.

That is true. It is kinda like that when you are retired and don't have to go anyplace and day by day no real plans to do anything. My hubby always gets lost and doesn't know what day of the week it is!
I sure hope you get to feeling better really soon!!

Yesterday I worked on a my diamond painting. I am almost through with it. My mother forgot to change some of the clocks in my uncle's house. So she thought that she had plenty of time to take the trash to the dump. They close at 5pm. She was wrong she was looking at the old time. lol

Today I ran in to get supplies for wreaths and they were still out of just about everything. I found white mesh in the bridal section, and found some pastel pink and purple burlap so we will see what we can do. I think the cross is going to be white with some red flowers. At least they restocked the floral section--of course, just because I didn't need any!!

@JudyEv They should really put another store on the other side of town or one in our little town. This store is always picked to the bone and most of the time you have to look in the boxes on the aisle to get what you want. They can't keep the store stocked and always have 2 or 3 registers open with lines.

Sounds like you had an interesting day. I actually woke up early and didn't really sleep. Happens to me sometimes.

It was cool, and I had to sleep off the hour I lost. In that regard, I guess it was perfect weather for it.

You were a busy lady. Very nice tray. I love DST; and I wish we had it all year around. DST threw me off because hubs didn't change the clocks. I was off an hour most of the day. Have a good week. It's always good to see you here!
