In India they have stared vaccination against Covid 19.
We can get this vaccination in Government Hospitals and also in private Hospitals.
Depending upon the age and other factors one can get register oneself to have this vaccine!
Have you got vaccinated? When are you likely to get one?

The elderly and other frontline workers have taken it in my family. I have to consult my doctor and see if I can take it when the turn comes. My mom took it last week.
How about you?

@arunima25 , Yes! I too have some health issues that is why I will also consult my doctor before going in for the vaccine!
Nice to know that everything is nice at your end!
I think I will be regular now on wards, only if time permits!

@AKRao24 Better to take our doctors advice and then go for it. I was undergoing a steroids treatment recently and need my doctor's approval before taking the shot.
We are doing good. It's always good to see you back here on mylot.. Your presence is missed.

@allknowing , Yes! I can understand your point! But you can have the vaccine once if you get an 'OK' from your doctor, if you have any doubts, no?

@AKRao24 That's okay. I figured you'd talk with me when you had time.
There have been problems for some people who go the vaccines, especially those with physical problems already. I have a lot of problems so am worried about getting the shot.

Yes, presently the vaccine is given to front line health workers, senior citizens and to the people above 45 with Co morbidity! Wish you and your mother best of luck and I am sure that she will get the vaccine successfully! Thanks ! You too take care and stay blessed!

We got our first dose a month ago and from what I'm hearing it won't be long before we get the second one. Everyone in our country will be offered it. It's free and we didn't have to register - a letter comes through the post with an appointment time and place.
