I am reading a book by Maria Treben about how to use herbs from nature that can help for many health issues - I will buy more teas that contain Elderberry - well known to help people with a flu - it is available in health stores and also in some food stores..

@Shavkat Most herb teas, this time Elder berry, as some nature doctors recommend it to avoid the flu, also Echinacea, of the same reason..
