It's Spring This Monday

While it was cold overnight, the day yesterday was up to 62 degrees. We had a quiet weekend but this morning we were up early. Al had his steroid shot in his back this morning at 8:15 am. We went out to breakfast after and now we are back home.
I have to register today for my class at the Y. Hopefully we will have classes soon in the small pool so Al can take them, the ones in the big pool that I do is called Water Warriors and is much too hard for him. Picture standing in water over your head and exercising on a noodle!! I had a new noodle Friday that I bought and it threw me off multiple times lol
I have been busy this morning, I made my root canal appointment and I registered for the exercise next session. I am going to go pick up a prescription for Al and go to Kasey's house to teach Jack.
Life is good.

Will this be your first root canal? I've had a few and none were w as bad as I heard they might be. In fact the first one I asked when he was going to begin and he told me he was done.

Having received my vaccines it feels much less dire and dark. Not normal but much better.

I hope the shot helps Al. Hopefully you both can get classes in the small pool. Weather has been glorious here. We are expecting rain tonight; but they say we are short on rain; so the rain will be welcomed.

I hope they resume the small pool classes very soon, we haven't heard anything yet. So far the shot seems to have gone well.

Here we have two pools, the lap pool where this class takes place and a warm water pool where I exercise with Al and that one is not deep either. The classes are very different but both effective.

I can't help but giggle a little when you ended your post with "life is good" after saying you made an appointment for root canal 
I'm glad you're having a good day. Things here are going well too, the sun is shining and I've gotten a few things done this morning that I wasn't anticipating doing (but it's good to have it done)

When they are new they are slippery and we use the larger ones so it has a lot of snap lol It was pretty funny really, my instructor told me to use my finger nails on it the get rid of the shininess before next class
