This morning before 6 am I went to the market, bought grated coconut, mustard greens, and spring rolls as a snack, this sunny morning I went around the city with my hubby on a motorbike, after that we had breakfast with corn rice,"urap",salted fish accompanied by two glasses Coffee and the very sweet sound of crickets indicate that the dry season has come, accompanied by the bright and beautiful sunshine
have you ever eaten corn rice

Nice,
I meant ia "urap" Urap (sometimes spelled urab or in its plural form urap-urap) is a salad dish of steamed vegetables mixed with seasoned and spiced grated coconut for dressing.[1] It is commonly found in Indonesian cuisine, more precisely Javanese cuisine. Urap can be consumed on its own as a salad for vegetarian meals[2] or as a side dish. Urap is usually found as a prerequisite side dish of Javanese tumpeng, a cone shaped rice mound surrounded with assorted dishes

@ladyhero tried it here in Manila. Was able to get it from a specialty store. I would eat more of it if it was readily available.

I don't remember what I had for breakfast this morning--it was probably cereal. Nothing exciting.

here you know corn rice.
Corn rice is not the same as yellow rice, because corn rice has pieces of corn that are cut into small pieces and cooked with white rice, while yellow rice, is white rice with a very different yellow color, because I often cook yellow rice as well as corn rice, their side dishes are also different
