This is really my first. I perfect the dough no problem with the dough. I perfect the filling. I had enough filling for 22 pieces I make. I perfect the taste. It taste good. It's yummy. The only problem and mistake I make is I had a hard time sealing the empanada. Some of them have opened a little during frying. But others are perfectly close. Not bad for first try. It's delicious. I plan to start a business with empanada.

Looks delicious, Empanada is one of my favorite, before the pandemic I use to always buy in the mall and consume it while walking around.

What brand of empanadas do you buy at the mall?

@merrybelle2021 I can't remember cause they are just food carts along the walkways, not the big stalls in the supermarket or the food court, they are probably out of business now since the first lockdown cause they are gone I would most probably buy Aubrey's empanada

When I was cooking the filling I'm not satisfied with the taste so I'm sad but on the final product the filling blends well with the taste of the crispy dough and it's so yummy. I'm glad I get the right taste of an empanada

I congratulate you, it's not bad for the first try. I have never done it, I make the Venezuelan ones, which are different, but these seem very complicated to me to make the closure or sealing.

It looks good. Yes. you can make business if you perfect it good. You should try to weigh the fillings so you have a proportion of fillings for a piece

That's a good idea because I have difficulty with the filling too because sometimes I put many sometimes I put less. Maybe I can use a plastic to put the fillings and weigh them. I only weigh the dough. Per piece they weigh 50 grams or more
