Tonight, I had two pairs of twins and taught them at the same time. I am so wasted after having classes online with them. I explained to the parents that it is a one-on-one class. The silly replied: 'Twins are considered one.'
How do you feel if being taken advantage of?

@m_audrey6788 The only thing that I can do is to inform them that it is not allowed.

I'd bring it up at the start and not proceed if they insisted.

@Shavkat what did the management say about this? For sure they have this clearly stated in their rules.

@allen0187 Honestly, they do not care. Despite the flaws of theirs, they just ignore them.
They are really not good at dealing with these things. As they said, "Money talks."

One brain, one mind, teaching twins? That's a lie. The parents know this isn't true.

@kobesbuddy You said it right. A group study needs to be doubled its rate.

@Shavkat A price of two for one session? That's dishonesty!

Just say no next time. If they are serious about the lessons, they will adhere to your requests.

That's really not on. Will you report her to your bosses?
