They said it is a substitute for rice. I just tried it. I grate the cauliflower and stir fry it in a bit of olive oil and butter. I say it is a good side dish but not as rice substitute

@MALUSE that is for those who try to lose weight. they try to invent food, supplements and all those diets and things that they say can substitute for things we usually eat. So they say that his cauliflower rice can be a good substitute for rice for those who are rice eater. But in my personal opinion, it is a great side dish just like mashed potatoes.
