Building the bridge!

The garden project is moving ahead with commendable speed! The patios and paths have been laid, the pond has been dug, and now a bridge is being built across the gap. We decided to go for a reasonably simple solution, using steel joists for a single span, not being too worried about allowing clearance for shipping! So that ruled out bascule - as in Tower Bridge - and suspension - such as Clifton, Humber and many others! It should be great when it's finished!
