Niki's Fritata.

My daughter wants to cook breakfast today. 
She asked for help in the kitchen, you know the right way to cut, dice, slice.
I suggested that she makes fritata and so she did and here is the end result.
She added, onions, red bell pepper, hotdog, cheese and spring onions.
Delicious!

Delicious! I might have used sausage or ham instead of hotdog but for the rest sounds awesome.
