Organizing my Time

Screen shots of the food in "Let's Eat 2"

I have just done ironing clothes for 1 and 1/2 hours after dinner and cleaning the kitchen. Now is my time to Mylot until midnight. It is 10.30 in the evening here. I am organizing my time now between household chores, doing errands, writing, mylotting and watching Korean or Chinese dramas. I set up a goal and a schedule now for my writing so I won't forget it every day. No, my goal is not for Mylot but for my other writing plan. I am done with researching and outlining (3 hours today) about what I want to write. I always forget the time when I am watching those dramas and I am getting addicted to them. Today, I watched 3 episodes of "Let's Eat 2". This is the 2nd season of "Let's Eat" drama (I have wrote about it on Mylot) that I have watched on Netflix. My mouth was watering again while watching the food that they have eaten. I even took screen shots of the Korean food that they have eaten in this drama. I have learned a lot and I am thinking now of cooking what they have eaten. I have to go to Asian shop again. Anyway, have you done something interesting today? Have a nice weekend. Thanks for reading.

I have felt lethargic today, but I am feeling better now. I am trying to make up for time when i could have been working harder. I have erased it now, but I used to have a five day challenge for myself revolving around my writing. It's ingrained in me now and second nature. Here is an idea of what I do, I hope it inspires / helps you with your own plans and goals : 1. Wake up, prepare myself for a walk. 2. Walk. 3. Come home, wash up (including my face) and make breakfast 4. Eat Breakfast and work on my outline / book journal (this is a rough idea of what I want to do that day 5. Spend 20 minutes relaxing with music and inspiring images. 6. Spend 1 hour writing 7. Spend 30 minutes reading It varies slightly day by day, but as long as I start my day with a walk then it is a good day.

I am glad you are feeling better now @ScribbledAdNauseum. If I feel lethargic, I watch comedy videos on you tube. That always helps me a lot. Thank you for sharing your ideas. I can only function well after lunch. So I usually start writing in the afternoon for an hour or two depending on how I feel. Then, I take a break and watch movie for an hour and then preparing dinner at 5 pm. Then dinner, cleaning the kitchen, writing an article and Mylotting. That's my usual schedule. Thank you and have a nice weekend.

Nothing special today. I re potted some of my vegetables that have grown pretty large. I tried a new recipe for zucchini fritters and prepared a cheesecake with strawberries topping to serve after dinner.

@LadyDuck We had a snow shower today when we drove home from Asian shopping. I was glad it was only for a short time. I was only able to write for an hour as I was so tired and took a nap this afternoon. Have a nice evening.

Nothing was special for me too today except that I was able to write a chapter of my book for 3 hours smoothly. Your zucchini fritters and cheesecake sound delicious. Thank you @LadyDuck.

Frankly, while yesterday I had to go out to get something done plus get groceries, today was just a routine Sunday. Some rest, extra cup of tea, afternoon nap and back to Online sites. May be it is the rising temperature that is making things dull or making one feel tired. Hopefully you would be able to make something interesting and tasty to eat.

Today I did chores too. I cleaned up the rest of the groceries from the other day and still need to put them all away. But most of the day was doing yard work - pulling out a zillion weeds - still not done. I am making pasta right now to go with the leftover sauce from the other night. Ohhh, Korean food - I am craving kim chee now! What kind of Korean food are you thinking to cook?

@thelme55 I don't know the Korean food names either . I do like kim chee fried rice! There is some kind of salad that has some noodles and a fried egg on top (with some of that red garlic sauce) - I like that, whatever that is called , I know from your other post you went to the Asian market . . . hope you got lots of fun ingredients so you can cook your heart out!!

You were so busy yesterday like I did @much2say. I still don't know what Korean food I am going to make as I don't know yet the names of their food. I am going to the Asian supermarket tomorrow to buy a sack of rice and of course other ingredients for my Asian cooking. How I wish I can send you Kimchee as I will buy a glas of it tomorrow. Thanks and have a nice Sunday.

The weekend flew by and I didn't have any time to spend here. I really need to organize my time too. I find once I sit here at myLot I lost track of time and spend more time than I intend.
