Hi. Welcome to mylot. Well at your age now. Growing stopped. You just need to appreciate yourself and don`t think of others. I`m sure they are going to like you as you are.

At your age, you're done growing. Your body still continues to produce HGH, but it no longer makes you taller. It allows your body to reproduce cells and other fuctions throughout your lifetime. Look it up. The best thing you can do, is to accept yourself and get comfortable in your skin. The better you feel about yourself as a whole, will improve your con fidence and other factors of life.

Self-image is one of the most difficult things to come to grips with sometimes. Be happy with what you have, make the best of it. I can say this because of watching my grandson who is also very short. He wanted to play professional ice hockey and was told by a college recruiter he definitely had the skills but because of his size they would not put him on the ice, the bigger players would beat him horribly. But they did offer him a chance to train as a coach with a full scholarship. My grandson was very disappointed. He declined their outstanding offer. Today, he is training to be a doctor, Entered med school last year, and is doing well. He has had plenty of girlfriends but wants to finish his education before committing to any long-term relationship.
Hang in there, you were not dealt a bad hand in genetics. Just a different one.

Genuine people will like you for who you are and not for your height.

alrighty sooo you are 19 so you are an adult and in adulthood HGH is responsible for reducing fat, strengthening bones, keeping your organs healthy, hair and nail growth, improving circulation and maintenance of cholesterol. To do anything about your height with HGH it would have had to of been childhood/adolescence. If you really wanted to get taller maybe there is a doctor somewhere that will lengthen your legs by opening up your leg, sawing apart the bone, ramming a rod in your leg and then sewing you back up. I doubt they do it for "cosmetic" reasons though.
