Pattaya Fried Rice

Pattaya fried rice

Locally, it will be called nasi goreng pattaya. Basically, it's fried rice wrapped with omelet. Similar dish to this would be Japan's omurice. Whether or not the fried rice has anything to do with Pattaya, Thailand, I can't find a proof about it. I don't think it's from Thailand as well. But I haven't been to Thailand so far, so I can't say whether it exists there or not. This is the meal for breaking the fast today. I planned on chicken grill, but had to cancel that. Picture is mine.

I don't think it's very common elsewhere. But if you've heard or see omurice before, then you get the idea.

This is a good way to break a fast. Fried rice and eggs taste very good together. Looks very good!
